KBDC TEACHERS

Kailey and her team of instructors work with hundreds of dancers each week across a variety of ages, abilities, and experience levels. Since founding K&B Dance Company in 2021, Kailey’s goal has been to create a welcoming space where every dancer can learn, grow, and make lasting memories.

Kailey began dancing and performing at just 2 years old and has trained in a wide variety of styles, including tap, jazz, ballet, modern, musical theatre, hip hop, pom, polka, aerial silks, and tumbling. Throughout her dance career, she has trained and performed at both the regional and national level, participating in numerous competitions, conventions, master classes, productions, and recitals. She also completed all 9 levels of Al Gilbert’s graded tap technique and joined the Saginaw Valley State University Dance Team in 2019.

In June 2026, Kailey became a fully certified Module One Acrobatic Dance Teacher through Acrobatic Arts      . She is also certified in Pilates and Strength & Flexibility through the MuV Method     .

Kailey has coached the Bay City Western High School Varsity Dance Team for several years, leading the team to a 1st Place National Title at the Spirit Shine Dance and Pom Competition in 2021. Her coaching and choreography experience has also included high school musical productions at Western High School and the Bay City St. Patrick’s Day beauty pageant.

Kailey’s passion for teaching continues to grow each year, and she loves sharing her knowledge and experience with the dancers at K&B. She looks forward to continuing to grow K&B Dance Company and carrying on the KBDC legacy for years to come!
